I absolutely LOVE my Volaris Patrol Low. It handles NYC broken sidewalks and miserable curb cuts; cobblestones are no problem; uphill and downhill on trails and grass are a piece of cake. Because this rollator is my friend, and because he was made in Sweden, I've honored him with a noteworthy Swedish name--Raoul Wallenberg. I call him Wally. I purchased a Discovery (Low version). It was a simple matter to adjust  for the handle height, and the height of the seat was perfect without any adjustments.  (I am 5 ft. 2 in.) I have kyphoscoliosis with iliocostal impingement syndrome. I cannot walk or stand for long because I get searing pain in my left groin as well as on my left and right sides. My Volaris rollator gives me the support to walk with my body extended and almost in a normal stance. It allows me to walk much further than I would normally.  It negotiates curbs better than any other rollator I have tried. It is sturdy and stylish and gives me confidence.
The service of Xlent Care Products is excellent.  Karen quickly and thoroughly answered all my questions and concerns. I actually wanted the Patrol model but would have had to wait thill January or February to receive it. I am glad I chose the Discovery which was available and is better for me because it can be used indoors as well. I want to start off by saying that Xlent Care is a 5 star Co., I placed my order online late AM and it was shipped that same day. I called a couple of times for some questions and the person was very helpful in answering them, she asked which rolator is was interested in, I was debating between the Discovery or Polaris and said they were both in stock. I had ordered a different brand rolator from a different Co. I never herd anything from them after I ordered it for about two weeks I called to find out what was going on they said it was back ordered. When I ordered it it was available. Long story short I got my money back and found this Co.glad I did.
I ordered the Polars and so glad I did, I use it manly outdoors. It will go any where I have taken it. It rolls so easy and quiet. It's got away from me a couple times because it rolls so easy, I was watering some flowers off our sidewalk, didn't set the brake because my old rolator wouldn't roll over a blad of grass by it self, this on took off by itself rolled down the drive way into the street had to call my wife to retrieve it for me.
One thing I do not like is the back brace. It's one size fits all adjustable strap. I have it all the way out it's not comfortable and looks ridiculous, you have this very nice and pricy rolator with this poorly looking back strap.
Overall this is a very good rolator very easy to use. I also like the flexible frame, when going over uneven ground this is a big plus.

Love this wide Volaris walker!  Ten out of ten for design, sturdiness, comfort, braking, rolling, and manoeuvring.  Very easy to install.  Rolled smoothly out of its box.  The two basket accessories hold everything, and are simple to remove when necessary. My husband can stand straight and yesterday we dined at a restaurant patio with a friend.  First time in months. I love the Patrol Rollator.  I needed it because my balance is bad and my go-to-town rollator is too flimsy to take to the woods.  With my 'all-terrain' rollator, I can hike trails and around fields.  Rocky roads do not deter us.  My new rollator and I are already a team.  Everyone thinks it looks 'cool', too!
