I want to start off by saying that Xlent Care is a 5 star Co., I placed my order online late AM and it was shipped that same day. I called a couple of times for some questions and the person was very helpful in answering them, she asked which rolator is was interested in, I was debating between the Discovery or Polaris and said they were both in stock. I had ordered a different brand rolator from a different Co. I never herd anything from them after I ordered it for about two weeks I called to find out what was going on they said it was back ordered. When I ordered it it was available. Long story short I got my money back and found this Co.glad I did.
I ordered the Polars and so glad I did, I use it manly outdoors. It will go any where I have taken it. It rolls so easy and quiet. It's got away from me a couple times because it rolls so easy, I was watering some flowers off our sidewalk, didn't set the brake because my old rolator wouldn't roll over a blad of grass by it self, this on took off by itself rolled down the drive way into the street had to call my wife to retrieve it for me.
One thing I do not like is the back brace. It's one size fits all adjustable strap. I have it all the way out it's not comfortable and looks ridiculous, you have this very nice and pricy rolator with this poorly looking back strap.
Overall this is a very good rolator very easy to use. I also like the flexible frame, when going over uneven ground this is a big plus.
The Volaris is the last purchase for a rolator you will ever need.
